Yes, We are in network with most insurances including BCBS, Humana, Cigna, Medicare and United Health Care.

We take all major credit cards, self-pay (cash, credit card, check and cash) and care credit.

Yes, we do offer payment plans. Each payment plan is on a case-by-case basis and is best suited for each patient.

If a patient has a co-pay, the amount of co-pay is expected at time of service. 

If a patient has a deductible, the deductible has to be met (by patient) before the insurance will pay. Once the deductible is met the patient will be bill the remaining co-insurance amount.

No, we do not offer any financing options, but we do offer our patients different payment plans that would best suit their financial needs.

Appointments are not required but highly recommended.

You will need to bring your insurance card, a Photo ID, a list of all your medications (prescribed and OTC) and your physicians Order/Referral for physical therapy.

A typical appointment can last anywhere from 15 to 65 minutes depending on the course of action taken per patient’s needs.

You will want to wear something comfortable that you can move freely in and a pair of comfortable tennis shoes.

 We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, there will be no charge. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or if you are a no-show, there will be a fee of $30.00. For aquatic appointments, the fee is $40.00. 

No, we do not offer online scheduling.

We offer our patients text or voicemail appointment reminders.

Yes, our therapist prepares individual home exercise plans for their patients that best fit their individual needs.

 During your first visit, which is the evaluation, we will:

1. Conduct a detailed medical screening.
2. Discuss your medical history and relevant details.
3. Perform a physical examination of the affected area.
4. Develop a plan of care that incorporates your goals.

While a written referral is recommended it is not required to see a physical therapist. For the first 30 days a patient is not required to have a written referral from their doctor, but they must have an existing primary care physician.
